May I use my insurance?  

I don’t accept insurance, but you may request a superbill during your visit. It will contain the information needed to obtain your out of network benefits.  Your insurance company will mail your reimbursement directly to you.

What about Medicare?

I am happy to see patients who have medicare. I am opted out of medicare which means you will pay out of pocket and not be eligible for reimbursement from medicare.

How long will I wait to be seen?

Usually, not at all!  I value your time and stay on schedule.

Will I always get my full appointment time?

Yes!  As long as you check in on time.  

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Just do so one full business day ahead of your visit, and there is no charge. Late rescheduling and cancellations are charged as visits.

May I bring my loved one to my visit with me?

Yes. I am happy to see your loved one along with you. I will also see you alone for part of your appointment, unless it is a couples therapy visit.

Do you do disability applications, service animal certifications, workers compensation, excusals from jury duty, clearance letters for medical procedures or custody work?

No.

Do you prescribe Ketamine or Suboxone?

No.
